8 oz squid tubes and tenticles 2 oz shredded coconut 1/2 oz flour 1/2 oz cornstarch 1/2 oz panko crumbs dash lemon pepper seasoning (sprinkled after cooked) be very careful as this seasoning is very pungent  Accompaniment - tzatziki sauce ( yogurt, lemon juice, salt, grated cucumber) Garnish - Parsley chopped , lemon wedge ·          Drain squid tubes and tenticles. sprinkle 1 oz lemon juice, chopped garlic , salt and pepper       Dust the calamari tubes and tenticles in the coconut, flour, panko and corn starch ·          Deep fry for 60 seconds, shaking fryer basket every 15 seconds to ensure even cooking ·          Toss the calamari lightly with lemon pepper seasoning ·

Cooked and served hot Poke Bowl -Pan seared Salmon cubes on sushi rice with asparagus,avocado, cucmber,seaweed sheets , pickled ginger, sesame seeds.. IINGREDIENTS ·          For the fish: 1 lb sushi-grade salmon filet, cubed 5 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce 2 tbsp sesame oil 2 tbsp lime juice 2 tsp rice wine vinegar ½ tbsp sriracha 2 tbsp green onion, thinly sliced ·          For the rice: 1 cup sushi rice 5 tbsp rice wine vinegar 1 tsp sugar salt, to taste seasoned seaweed, to taste ·          For the toppings: ½ ripe avocado, thinly sliced cucumber slices roasted seaweed sheets black and white sesame seeds   Cook sushi rice according to package instructions. Ingredients Naan Bread -1 Garlic Butter - 10 ml Tomato sauce - 2 oz shredded parmesan cheese - 1 oz mozzarella shredded - 2 oz sliced tomato - 6 slices pistou - 1/2 oz ( basil, olive oil, garlic, salt, lemon juice) Method:- Place the naan bread in the middle rack of the oven at 375 fahrenheit and bake blind for 3 minutes brush with garlic butter, smear the tomato sauce, half mozzarella cheese, squeeze half pistou lay tomato slices, finish with shredded parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese bake in the oven for 5 minutes cut into 6 slices and serve hot. drizzle extra virgin olive oil and a few pea shoots.

SPAGHETTI WITH LOBSTER (SPAGHETTI ALL'ASTICE) One of our favorite ways to showcase fresh lobster is in this simple Venetian dish, where it's tossed with garlic, fresh ripe tomatoes, and white wine. SERVES 1 Ingredients 1 4 oz lobster tail – for garnish 2 oz lobster meat 3 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil 1 clove garlic, peeled and minced 1 cup white wine 1 ripe tomatoes, cored and chopped Salt 4 oz. spaghetti 1/4 sprigs parsley, trimmed and chopped Instructions Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add lobster and any juices and garlic; cook, stirring and turning the lobster pieces, for 1 minute. Add wine and cook until alcohol has evaporated, about 3 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook, stirring occasionally and breaking tomatoes down with the back of a wooden spoon, until sauce gets smoother and thickens slightly, about 10 minutes. Season to taste with salt. Grilled yakitori skewers Yakitori Recipe Prep Time:  25 minutes Cook Time:  15 minutes Yield:  9-10 skewers Ingredients For the sauce: ·           1/2 cup soy sauce (120ml) ·          1/4 cup sugar (50g) ·          1/4 cup Sake (60ml) ·          1/4 cup Mirin (60ml) For the skewers: ·          1 lb chicken thighs (450g) ·          2 long white onions (or 5-6 green onions) ·          vegetable oil Instructions 1.      Soak bamboo skewers (6" long) in water for 30 minutes. 2.      Mix soy sauce, sugar, Sake, and Mirin in a small pot, and boil for 8-10 minutes until the sauce gets a little thick. Set aside. 3.      Cut chicken thighs into 1" cubes, and cut onions (white part) into 1" long pieces. Skewer chicken and onions alternately. 4.      In a heated frying pan, spread oil very thinly, and cook skewered meat at medium high heat for 5 minutes.
