Naanizza - Margarita ( The italian classic on a Naan Bread with Flavorful Pistou instead of Basil

Ingredients

Naan Bread -1
Garlic Butter - 10 ml
Tomato sauce - 2 oz
shredded parmesan cheese - 1 oz
mozzarella shredded - 2 oz
sliced tomato - 6 slices
pistou - 1/2 oz ( basil, olive oil, garlic, salt, lemon juice)

Method:-

  1. Place the naan bread in the middle rack of the oven at 375 fahrenheit and bake blind for 3 minutes
  2. brush with garlic butter, smear the tomato sauce, half mozzarella cheese, squeeze half pistou
  3. lay tomato slices, finish with shredded parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese
  4. bake in the oven for 5 minutes

cut into 6 slices and serve hot. drizzle extra virgin olive oil and a few pea shoots.
