Naanizza - Margarita ( The italian classic on a Naan Bread with Flavorful Pistou instead of Basil
Ingredients
Naan Bread -1
Garlic Butter - 10 ml
Tomato sauce - 2 oz
shredded parmesan cheese - 1 oz
mozzarella shredded - 2 oz
sliced tomato - 6 slices
pistou - 1/2 oz ( basil, olive oil, garlic, salt, lemon juice)
Method:-
- Place the naan bread in the middle rack of the oven at 375 fahrenheit and bake blind for 3 minutes
- brush with garlic butter, smear the tomato sauce, half mozzarella cheese, squeeze half pistou
- lay tomato slices, finish with shredded parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese
- bake in the oven for 5 minutes
cut into 6 slices and serve hot. drizzle extra virgin olive oil and a few pea shoots.
