GHOST KORMA
Ingredients
  • 1 onion, finely sliced  
  • 700 gms Mutton                
  • 3-4 tsp  Curd                   
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp Coriander powder      
  • 1 tsp Red chilli powder     
  • 1 tsp Coarsely ground Garlic and ginger 
  • 4 Cloves                
  • 3 Green cardamom        
  • 3 Cinnamon sticks       
  • 2 tsp Fried onions          
  • Oil for frying

Method
  1. Heat oil in a deep dish, add the finely sliced onions and sauté till transparent.
  2. Add the mutton, curd, salt, water, coriander powder, red chilli powder and mix well.
  3. Now add the garlic, ginger, cloves, green cardamom and the cinnamon sticks. Cover and cook on a slow flame for about 30 minutes, then add the fried onions and stir again.
  4. Cover and cook for an hour or till done. Garnish with thin deep fried onion rings and serve.
