MUSTARD SEEDS GRM 5
KASHMIRI CHILY POWDER GRM 30

CUT PANEER IN DIAMOND SHAPE.
MAKE A BATTER WITH SALT LEMON JUICE CORN FLOUR GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND REFINED FLOUR . COAT THE PANEER AND SHALLOW FRY TILL GOLDEN. 
HEAT OIL ADD MUSTARD SEEDS AND CURRY LEAVES ADD ONION JULIENNES AND GREEN CAPSICUM SAUTEE FOR A MINUTE. ADD SHALLOW FRIED PANEER SAUTEE ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS EXCEPT CORIANDER LEAVESAND SAUTEE .
GARNISH WITH CORIANDER LEAVES
you may substitute paneer with chicken to make it mysore chilly chicken......
