COOK MUTTON MINCE IN MUSTARD OIL AND SEASON WITH SALT PEPPER JEERA POWDER,  GREEN CHILLY , HALF GINGER GARLIC PASTE AND HALF GARAM MASALA POWDER. MAKE SURE IT IS SMOOTH NO LUMPS.

MIX THE REMAINING INGREDIENTS TO MORE A MARINATION FOR THE CHICKEN LEGS

MAKE INCISION ON THE CHICKEN LEGS AND STUFF WITH MUTTON MINCE.

DIP THE CHICKEN LEGS IN THE MARINATION. COOK IN TANDOOR OR MICRO WAVE OVEN AT  CONVECTION SETTING FOR 20 MINUTES AT 180 CENTIGRADE.

GARNISH WITH ONION JULIENNES AND DHANIA PATTA.....
add it to makhni gravy and you got a main course.....
