method:-






In a bowl beat curd with cumin powder

heat oil in a handi and add whole spices ( cloves, cardmom, cinnamon)

add the sliced onion and fry for 4 minutes on medium high heat

add grated ginger and garlic and fry for 3 minutes

add chilli powder and turmeric powder. Fry for 1 minute

add mutton pieces, mix well with the masala and fry on high heat for 10 minutes
add the beaten curd and fry for 6 minutes. Remove from heat


place the handi on a tawa, place a tight lid and cook for 45 minutes.



garnish with coriander leaves and grated ginger
