method:-

In a bowl beat curd with cumin powder
|
|||||||
heat oil in a handi and add whole spices ( cloves, cardmom,
cinnamon)
|
|||||||
add the sliced onion and fry for 4 minutes on medium high heat
|
|||||||
add grated ginger and garlic and fry for 3 minutes
|
|||||||
add chilli powder and turmeric powder. Fry for 1 minute
|
|||||||
add mutton pieces, mix well with the masala and fry on high heat
for 10 minutes
|
|||||||
add the beaten curd and fry for 6 minutes. Remove from heat
|
|||||||
place the handi on a tawa, place a tight lid and cook for 45 minutes.

|||||||
garnish with coriander leaves and grated ginger
